asked when booked to be close to my son put on opposite side of camp,both caravans dirty son had to be moved due to ants but they tried to charge him for it.no remote control for tv, they offered to put us closer together 4 days after arrival at a cost of £30 .club house so cold everyone sat in coats. plus side the childrens entertainment good swiming pool clean ,water warm .got 3 days left hope it gets a bit better.
